About the Club

The Club was started in 2014 with just 2 teams initially, by 2016 another few age groups and teams had joined or indeed created from scratch and the club took on the name Airdrie Community Club.
The Club has been successful in obtaining the Silver Quality mark with the SFA.
The summer of 2025 has seen some signififcant progress and expansion, we are delighted to announce that Isla Thistle Girls will be joining the club and changing their name to ACC Girls, a strong outfit training just now in Coatbridge they have over 80 girls playing football regularly and we cannot wait to see how they get on as part of the Airdrie family.
Airdrie Ladies are a well established football team, playing in the Barclays Scottish Womens Football league One. we are delighted that the Ladies have also now joined the Community Club. Please look out for them or indeed go along and support them on matchdays, they are now officially Airdrie Community Club Ladies and will have the Diamond as there new kit for this season. This means ACC have the full player pathway for Girls to progress through to the Ladies senior game.
We have big plans for the future and want to have our own Mens Senior Team as well as walking football and many other opportunities for anyone of any age or ability to enjoy football and a sense of well being and health, while participating with ACC.
A few of our players have recently been scouted for academies and this is testamenet to the good coaching received at ACC.
